Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include VAT.
Terms of delivery
The dispatch takes place on calculation and danger of the receiver. For transport damages the post office or the forwarding agency is responsible to a limited extent.
For orders with a value of goods below CHF 300.– we charge a shipping fee. The forwarding company and the mode of delivery are determined by us. Further shipping requests are always fully at the expense of the buyer. First deliveries are made against advance payment or cash on delivery.
If the creditworthiness of a customer deteriorates, Waldmeier AG can withdraw from the purchase contract or demand the immediate return of the delivered goods without any compensation.
Terms of payment
30 days net from date of invoice. Unjustified discount deductions will be charged subsequently. If the payment date is exceeded, interest on arrears of 5 % will be charged. Discount and bank charges shall be borne by the buyer. Cash on delivery plus NN charges.
Complaints
Complaints about invoices as well as complaints about defects must be made within 8 days after receipt of the goods.
Returns
Only after prior consultation with us and correctly sent to:
Rhenus Contract Logistics, c/o Waldmeier AG, Grenzstrasse 121, Hafenbecken 2, 4057 Basel-Kleinhüningen.
Missing shipments will be credited, provided the return shipment is accompanied by the following information:
- Date
- Copy of the invoice or delivery note
- Statement of contents
- Covering letter with justification
Unjustified returns will be returned to the sender. Unstamped returns will be rejected.
Warranty
Warranty claims as well as repair cases are to be sent to our customer service Waldmeier AG, Service und Reparatur, CH-4623 Neuendorf/SO.
Warranty claims will be processed if they are accompanied by the following information:
- Article description, possibly part no.
- valid warranty card or purchase receipt
- Warranty claim justification
The statutory warranty periods apply. We reserve the right to determine whether a warranty case exists.
Retention of title
All goods delivered by us remain our property until full payment of the current account receivables, even after sale to third parties.
Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law is applicable to all contracts, the contents of which include these terms and conditions. Solothurn is agreed as the place of performance and as the place of jurisdiction for all disputes.
